On the morning of August 29, the construction site of the Oil and Gas Pipeline Relocation and Reconstruction Project for the Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway was decorated with fluttering colored flags and blooming flowers. The groundbreaking ceremony for the EPC general contracting project of the Oil and Gas Pipeline Relocation and Reconstruction Project for the Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway, undertaken by our company, was grandly held here. Relevant leaders of Xiamen Special Equipment Inspection Institute, principal persons-in-charge of the owner unit and supervision unit, as well as all staff of the EPC project department attended the ceremony. The relocation and reconstruction project of Sinopec Fujian Product Oil Pipeline, CNOOC Fujian LNG Pipeline and China Resources Natural Gas Pipeline for the Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway is carried out to accommodate the construction of the new Fuzhou-Xiamen High-Speed Railway. The project involves the relocation and reconstruction of a 12.2-kilometer Sinopec product oil pipeline, a 6.8-kilometer CNOOC LNG pipeline, a 5.8-kilometer China Resources high-pressure natural gas pipeline and a 1.6-kilometer China Resources medium-pressure natural gas pipeline, with an estimated construction investment of 226.8741 million yuan and a construction period of 160 calendar days. Our company received the bid-winning notice for this project on June 27, 2019, which is the largest EPC project undertaken by the company in recent years. Since the project was initiated, the company has quickly set up a strong project team with Sun Jian, General Manager of the Engineering Branch, as the project manager. Faced with the actual situation of tight construction period, high technical difficulty and heavy coordination workload of this project, all staff of the project department have demonstrated the determination and courage to face difficulties squarely, rise to challenges and turn crises into opportunities. At present, the preliminary design review of the project was completed on August 5, the first batch of pipes arrived on August 28, and the submission of Version A of the construction drawing is scheduled to be finished on September 5. All other work is progressing steadily, with the aim of striving for the early and successful completion of the project.

The Juye Distribution Station Heze Kunpeng Distribution Branch Transformation Project involves adding a Heze Kunpeng gas supply branch in the Juye Distribution Station of the Pingtai Branch Line to supply gas to the downstream Juye Kunpeng Gas Gate Station. The final gas transmission scale for sales is 1.0×108Nm3/a.

The "Shandong Ganglian Chemical Weiguang Pipeline Project SCADA System Project" undertaken by our company successfully passed the FAT acceptance as planned in Weifang, Shandong on May 10, 2018, and won unanimous praise from the owner.

On July 29, 2017, the Shandong Ganglian Chemical Dongwei Pipeline SCADA and Instrument System Procurement Project participated by our company successfully completed the trial operation of all two pipelines. During the trial operation, various difficulties were encountered, but our company and the customer worked together to actively solve the problems and successfully completed tests such as on-site equipment unit testing, pump interlock logic testing, full-line ESD function testing, and water hammer protection logic simulation. Our highly cooperative attitude was also praised by the customer, establishing the Huazhi brand and opening up the market for the development of our company's SCADA system.

On February 8, 2018, the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month, commonly known as "Little New Year" in the north, the construction site of the PetroChina Luocun Distribution Station Project located southeast of Dongliu Village, Luocun Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province was decorated with colorful flags and crowded with people.
