At exactly 10:58 a.m., Li Xuefeng, the manager of our company's EPC project team, led the project members to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the PetroChina Luocun Distribution Station together with relevant leaders of the construction unit, relevant leaders of the supervision unit, and the civil engineering construction team. At the groundbreaking ceremony, leaders and relevant responsible persons of various units delivered speeches one after another, reached a consensus on the project goals, and proposed that all units should cooperate closely to carry out the project construction with "safety first, quality first" and high quality and efficiency.

The smooth completion of the groundbreaking ceremony marks that our company's Shandong Zibo Luocun Project has entered the substantive project implementation stage from the preliminary preparation stage. All members of the EPC project team stated that they will strive to make persistent efforts and create new brilliant achievements in the EPC projects of the Automation Branch.
