The AI Agent platform deployed this time differs significantly from general-purpose large-scale model platforms, primarily in its deep integration with the company's internal knowledge system and business processes. By systematically organizing and accumulating internal data, historical documents, technical documentation, and business rules, it constructs AI models that better suit the company's specific needs and business scenarios. Compared to general-purpose platforms, this customized deployment can more accurately understand and adapt to specific internal processes and contexts, thereby providing more efficient support and services.
