To enhance communication and collaboration among middle and senior management personnel, and taking advantage of the celebration of the relocation of OHZEC's headquarters to Binhai New Area, the company organized a team-building trip for middle and senior management personnel in Tianjin Binhai.

The first leg of the journey involves a bus tour along the coast.

Our coastal tour officially began at 1 p.m. on July 9th. We traveled by bus along a carefully planned route through the Binhai New Area, learning about the numerous Fortune 500 companies, industrial layouts, and scientific research and innovation bases within the region, guided by staff from the Administrative and Personnel Center. During the visit, we frequently exchanged views, expressing our admiration for the Binhai New Area's well-developed infrastructure and its highly promising industrial development.

The group boarded a cruise ship and experienced the unique location advantages and vast development potential of the Binhai New Area amidst the azure sea and sky. They listened attentively to the cruise ship's guide, learning about Tianjin, a city with a long history, from the Self-Strengthening Movement to its current status as one of the most important industrial cities in northern China, boasting the largest port in the region, and serving as a crossroads of agricultural and maritime civilizations.

This trip strengthened cross-company and cross-departmental interactions among cadres, enhanced mutual understanding, and fostered closer relationships. It also provided an opportunity for everyone to better understand the Binhai New Area, a new fertile ground for the company's development, and a good chance to relax and unwind from their busy work.

Congratulations on the Relocation of Huazhi's Headquarters to Tianjin Binhai New Area

On the morning of July 9, 2025, Oriental Huazhi Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. Beijing held a grand headquarters relocation ceremony, moving its headquarters to No. 69 Haichuan Road, Tianjin Binhai Economic and Technological Development Zone. Covering an area of 45 mu with a construction area of 25,000 square meters, the new self-built base in Tianjin Binhai includes a four-story R&D and office building spanning 3,400 square meters.

The engineering design of three oil depots in Qingdao Port of OHZEC was awarded the 4A quality project of China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association

Recently, China Chemical Construction Enterprises Association announced the 2023 chemical construction project quality evaluation results, designed by Beijing Oriental Huazhi Petroleum Engineering Co., LTD. Qingdao Port Dongjiakou crude oil commercial reserve project phase II, phase III, Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port Zhenhua crude oil depot project 3 projects were awarded AAAA quality projects. The crude oil Commercial Reserve project in Dongjiakou Port Area of Qingdao Port has a total storage capacity of 520×10⁴m³, which is divided into three phases. In the first phase, 16 storage tanks (160×10⁴m³ capacity), related supporting facilities and all production and office management auxiliary facilities in the warehouse will be built. Phase II construction of 24 tanks (240×10⁴m³ capacity) and related supporting facilities; Phase III construction of 12 tanks (120×10⁴m³ capacity) and related supporting facilities. The completion and operation of the project has further improved the oil storage and transportation capacity of Dongjiakou Port area, and provided a strong guarantee for the supply of crude oil, fuel oil and diluted bitumen and other raw materials for petrochemical enterprises in the hinterland.
