From July 15th to 20th, 2025, at the Langfang Yongqing Linxi Valley Resort, the company's Human Resources and Administration Center, in collaboration with external organizations, meticulously organized a five-and-a-half-day training program for newly hired university graduates. A total of 42 graduates from 2025 and 2024 participated, including 29 2025 graduates and 13 outstanding graduates who joined the company since 2024, among whom 11 are master's degree holders. The training covered multiple dimensions, including ice-breaking and integration, teamwork, business understanding, role transition, mindset expansion, and presentation sharing. This event also served as a selection process for future management trainees and technical trainees, and is an important component of the company's "Talent-Driven Enterprise Development, Young Eagle Plan."

On July 15th, the first day of the training camp kicked off with the theme of "Breaking the Ice and Building Bonds." In the morning, company leaders made a collective appearance and delivered opening remarks, followed by ice-breaking activities that quickly bridged the gap between participants. In the afternoon, through explanations of the company's history, corporate culture, and industry prospects, the university students gained a preliminary understanding of the company. The team dinner in the evening further strengthened their camaraderie.

On July 16th, the "Teamwork" themed day, the team-building activities were the highlight. From 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, a series of carefully designed activities allowed university students to break through their limitations through collaboration and deeply understand the power of teamwork. The evening's outdoor barbecue buffet further enhanced team cohesion in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

During the "Understanding the Business" session on July 17th, elites from various business units across the company took turns presenting. Heads of departments such as the Equipment Business Unit, Valve Business Unit, Design Business Unit, and Engineering Business Unit provided explanations of their respective business operations, offering new employees a comprehensive analysis of the company's business structure from different business perspectives. Functional departments such as Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Safety Management also detailed relevant systems and processes, helping new employees gain a holistic understanding of the company's operational system. That evening, outstanding alumni shared their work experiences, providing valuable practical insights.

On July 18th, focusing on "role transformation," two themed courses provided guidance for new employees' career development. The morning session, "From Campus to Workplace: The First Lesson in Professional Transition," helped university students establish a professional mindset; the afternoon session, "The Three Levels of Workplace Skills: From Delivering Information to Creating Value," imparted practical workplace skills. In the evening, the team collectively prepared and shared their PowerPoint presentations, building momentum for the final presentation.

On July 19th, the "Mindset Expansion" day featured two courses: "Let Goals Grow Naturally: Dynamic Management of Workplace Goals" and "Analyzing and Solving Problems Through Structure," which broadened participants' thinking and enhanced their problem-solving abilities. The evening's corporate culture exam and team games not only tested learning outcomes but also deepened team spirit.

On July 20th, the closing day of the training camp, a video recap allowed everyone to relive the highlights of the training, while group sharing sessions and talent performances showcased everyone's growth and transformation over the five days. To recognize everyone's focused dedication during the training, the company also awarded completion certificates and prizes, encouraging everyone to continue the hard work and resilience shown during the training in their future careers.
