This is the first station in China to promote the "One-Click Start/Stop" project through the renovation and upgrading of existing stations. After the successful pilot, it will promote the regulation business from full remote control to intelligent regulation, accelerate the construction process of intelligent pipelines and smart pipe networks, and play a positive demonstration and leading role in the intelligent construction of the national natural gas pipe network.

Zhongwei Compressor Station is China's largest natural gas hub station, transporting more than half of the domestic natural gas, and is the largest and most important hub station in China's long-distance natural gas pipeline industry. Since the beginning of this year, under the promotion of PetroChina Beijing Oil and Gas Control Center and PetroChina Pipeline Co., Ltd., West-East Gas Pipeline Company has taken the lead in selecting Zhongwei Compressor Station as the pilot renovation for "One-Click Start/Stop" of compressor stations. Through optimization measures such as the full automatic control transformation of the process equipment and compressor process flow of the compressor station, the optimization of control system configuration, the in-depth integration of station control and compressor control systems, and the integration of compressor auxiliary systems, the hardware foundation for the "One-Click Start/Stop" station has been realized. 

With the reform of the national natural gas pipeline safety production management model, West-East Gas Pipeline Company has basically realized the regionalized and unattended station management model. Projects such as the improvement of the control function of distribution users, automatic distribution, and the transformation of the remote control function of compressors have been smoothly promoted. As a key project promoted by CNPC Pipeline Company this year, the construction of the "One-Click Start/Stop" project at Zhongwei Station started on June 8. In the early stage, various processes such as trench excavation, cable laying, pipe fitting prefabrication, valve pressure test, and the replacement of PLC for West Line 1 were completed one after another. The control logic and upper computer screen compilation of "One-Click Start/Stop" have also been successfully completed. 

The hot tapping operation of this "One-Click Start/Stop" project is a high-risk Level 1 hot tapping operation carried out in the station, involving the bypass transformation of valves related to the one-click start/stop station and the welding of new pressure transmitter root valves. The hot tapping operation was planned to be carried out from 8:00 on August 11 to 8:00 on August 17. Affected by the process adjustment, the operation was carried out in two process switching stages. The first stage completed the hot tapping operation in the West Line 2 area, and the second stage completed the hot tapping operation in the West Line 3 and Zhonggui Line areas.

Li Jiapeng, station master of Zhongwei Compressor Station, introduced: "The one-click start/stop project will ultimately realize remote control from Beijing dispatching. With one button, the start-up, shutdown, automatic grid connection, and automatic grid disconnection of Zhongwei Compressor Station can be realized. The station will realize functions such as one-click station start/stop, one-click unit start/stop, and one-click process switching, reducing human intervention and misoperation, and realizing the simplified operation of complex processes."
